Gift Card Giveaway

The contest is now closed- thanks for all the entries!

Here they are- the first three of the giveaways I’ve been promising to celebrate the launch of Almost Frugal!

Almost Frugal is giving away three $10 giftcards one each for Target, Bath and Body Works, and Barnes and Noble. Even better for the international reader, each of these gift cards is also accepted by the online retailer!

There are three ways to enter, and you can do all three, tripling your chances! The first is by leaving a comment in this post, telling me which card you would like to win. To enter a second time, subscribe to Almost Frugal’s feed by either RSS or by email, and email me the secret code you see at the bottom of all the posts. You don’t have to be a new subscriber to get a second entry – just email me the code! To get a third entry, post about this giveaway on your blog, and let me know about it.

This contest will run from noon July 7, 2008 to noon July 17, 2008, my local time. It is open to people worldwide. Edited to add: The winner will be chosen randomly.

If you visit my blog, you'll read that I'm on a medical leave from my job and living on my savings – so any little thing helps. Here's how I would use them:

Bath and Boddy Works – I confess – this is not for me, but for one of my sisters as a birthday present come fall.

Barnes & Noble – I LOVE TO READ…. I've lost some cognative ability, and reading is a little more difficult and takes me much longer these days, but I still enjoy it all the same.

Target: I'd use it on something I need – most likely brushes for my braun electric tooth brush. Things may be tight for me financially, but that is no excuse for poor dental hygene.

I'll add you to my blog roll and write something about your giveaway on my blog in the next day or two.
