Two Week Menu Plan

in Thoughts On Food & Cooking

I don’t like to plan specific meals to be served on specific nights. Instead I create a list that hangs on my fridge; I choose what to cook that night based on what we’re doing, how we’re feeling etc.

Here’s my latest list. I’ll go shopping again on August 7th, so this will last us until then, with a picnic or two and maybe a pizza thrown in for good measure.

  • Ham and Cheese Turnovers
  • Asian Chicken Pasta
  • Spinach and Feta Pie
  • Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
  • Corn Chowder
  • Zucchini and Potato Fritters
  • Salade Niçoise
  • Fish Cakes
  • Salmon Fettuccine
  • Chicken Enchiladas
  • Baked Chicken
  • Swedish Meatballs
  • Pasta with tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella
  • CousCous
  • Sausage w/roasted red peppers
  • Egg salad salad sandwiches
  • Black beans and rice
  • Lentil Soup with cornbread
