This contest is now closed.

Just in time for the holidays comes this fabulous giveaway! Giftybox is a one-of-a-kind gift experience, your first and only solution to any gift-purchasing dilemma. Giftybox gives you the chance to offer a unique gift without hassle, and offers the recipient complete freedom of choice in where, how and when to use it. All you need to do is to pick the theme you feel will best suit the interests of the person you want to please, unless – of course – you want to go ahead and coddle yourself!

What I love about it is that you can choose a gift experience, but the person you are buying for gets to pick something that he or she really loves. Not to mention that this gift is for an experience- not more stuff. You can even buy the packages online or in a store near you! My personal choice would be the French dinner for two gift box but one lucky reader will get the chance to win their very own Giftybox!

Giftybox is giving away a gift box value of up to $100, valid for any gift box you choose (some gift boxes are only available in certain areas). You have three chances to enter.

  1. Leave a comment on this post with your preferred Giftybox package theme.
  2. Subscribe to my RSS or email feed, then send me an email with the secret code from the feed in the subject line.
  3. Post about this giveaway on your blog, then make sure I find out about it.

This contest begins on Monday, December 1, 2008 at 12 noon GMT and ends on Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at 12 noon GMT. Giftyboxes can only be used in the United States, so only entrants with a valid US mailing address will be eligible. Best of luck!

OMG! I would love the Adventure Box. When my younger brother turned 21, he did not want to go and do the usual debauchery, instead he wanted to go skydiving for the first time with me (I had been another time previous). We had a blast and this would be the perfect gift for him again!

4 Lucie @ Unconventional Origins December 1, 2008

I guess I am selfish and unadventurous because I would get the spa box and give it to . . . myself!

Adventure Box!! The others are nice and would be great gifts, but I want this box for me (and I’ll use the cash I would have spent on it for other presents – it’s complicated, I know, but it would help me justify!).

45 Erin December 3, 2008

I would love the wine tasting box!

46 Christa December 3, 2008

Spa for Women Box! I think the concept of gift experiences is a great one–they’re more meaningful and memorable for the giver and recipient. I can only remember a handful of gifts I’ve received but I remember most of my experiences and I’m sure it’s the same for most people.

47 AnnMarie December 3, 2008

I like the Adventure Box. There aren’t many available in my neck of the woods, but they are near my parents. An awesome addition to our next vacation!

48 Danielle December 3, 2008

I would love to give my husband the Adventure box. We’re all school, work & budget right now, but I know he’d like to cut loose with something wild. (And I’ve already bought his fairly unadventurous Christmas gift of clothing.)

49 Kaitlin December 3, 2008

I have never heard of this before, but it looks like a great gift. The classes or the adventure boxes look fun.

50 Gretchen Skovron December 4, 2008

I’m going to have to agree with you that the french dinner for 2 sounds awesome! Oh how dreamy…dinner with my honey without having to cut any little people’s food beforehand. sounds blissful!
