I'm using a Musette Bag I got from an Army surplus store. I love it, but sometimes it's too big to leave with him in the nursery or with a sitter. Also - I love the idea of an au pair, especially one who could impart some international awareness to my kids, but have never investigated it because I'm not sure it's affordable for us.
