Definitely in a strawberry smoothie blended with bananas... I actually just posted my new blog and it has got my favourite smoothie recipe up already. Check it out at http://theblenderdiaries.com/ I think you will find it to be the perfect summer dessert!
Best, Chris

We're fortunate to be very near some of the best strawberries in California, grown in nearby Watsonville. Fresh organic strawberries are like nothing else. Just eat 'em plain, or make strawberry shortcakes.

Sounds like it would be delish without those extra fatty calories.

Why bother with the butter? I have a really easy recipe for homemade strawberry ice cream. No ice cream freezer required. Just a blender. It is on my list of things to share on my blog. I'll let you know when it shows up.
