		<description>I have never heard of this before, but it makes sense. I never carry cash. I carry plastic. I always thought that if I had cash that I would be more likely to spend it than if I had carried the plastic. Hmmm. I wonder what would curb my impulse buying - I just don&#039;t go shopping to much anymore. That works!
