One quick way to gurantee you have a good breakfast is to just eat the remainders from the previous nights dinner this will reduce the number of leftovers left in your fridge and you won't have to waste time making food in the morning.

I do the exact same thing with the eggs! At our local Aldi's we can get a dozen eggs for about 95 cents (US). I usually boil six at a time and store them in the fridge for later in the week. An 8 cent boiled egg beats a 75 cent candy bar anytime. I also pop popcorn kernels in my hot air popcorn popper and store it in giant plastic bags for those times when I need a crunchy snack. Its super cheap at about 8-9 cents a serving. Boiling eggs is a tip I have used several times for that exact reason. They are a very healthy lunch or can easily make egg salad.
