I cut my husband’s hair this morning. In the 9 years we’ve been together, I’ve probably cut his hair around 30 times. I’ve cut my kids’ hair at least 20 times. At a low estimate of €18 per haircut, I’ve saved at least €900 over the past nine years. Not too shabby!

I can’t resist. Does your husband cut your hair, too?
Ha! Ha! Ha! You are SO funny!
I did actually just cut my own bangs though.
Just cut my own hair, too. I figured that it wasn’t worth $35+ to have them do a simple hair cut I could do myself if I was brave. My hubby won’t let me cut his hair – but he does go to a cheap local barber.
Thank you very much for the mention!
Definitely one of the last things I would do to economize is cut my own hair. I CAN do it, and I HAVE done it, but I don’t feel comfortable with my appearance when I do.
I have often felt envious of those who had long, straight hair that was relatively easy to cut, but that is not me.
